The installed components in bc-technology cleanroom plants are primarily of the own production. Therefore, all components are perfectly matched to one another. Of course, the installation in other existing ceiling systems or special frames and as a top piece on machines is also possible.

Compact filter-fan-unit for realising energy-efficient ventilati­on systems according to cleanroom standards.
The purity class depends on the adjoining rooms. The air qua­lity of the bc-ffu corresponds to purity class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644, corresponding to purity class A as per EC GMP Guidelines, Annex 1.
With a perforated plate, light grid or CG-Diffuser the unit works according to the principle of low-turbulence displacement flow whereas the air velocity is 0.45 m/s (± 20%). Air concepts with turbulent mixing air can be realised by using a swirl plate. Laminar air flow can be realized by using a CG-diffuser. The Filter-Fan-Unit has energy-optimised fans with high efficiency, which are continuously adjustable. They are manufactured of steel sheet with a disinfectant proof epoxy polyester coating in RAL 9010, the inner surface of the bc-ffu is sound-absorbing lined. The unit is equipped with integrated connections for the DEHS introduction and DEHS raw gas measurement.

The air cleaner significantly improves the air quality in factories and production halls and, thanks to its triple filter system, reduces the number of airborne particles (depending on the size of the room, by millions per m³). So simple cleanrooms can be realised with comparably low investment costs.

Ventilation slots ensure good air distribution in the room. The AirCleaner is suitable for installation in the room as well as for mounting onto walls and ceilings.

The light fixture exists of powder-coated steel sheet, colour: white (RAL 9010), abrasion-resistant and easy to clean. The cover plate is made of ESG-glass satin-finished and closes flush to the all-round sealing. For the cassette light type, bc-crc-4-24 optics and diffusers are connected to the aluminium frame and cover.
